What it does

Monitor POTAL API performance against service level objectives. Track uptime, response times (p50/p95/p99), error rates, and availability across all endpoints. The SLA dashboard provides real-time and historical performance data.

How to use it

View SLA metrics

Go to Dashboard > SLA or GET /api/v1/admin/sla for current performance metrics.

Check uptime

View 30-day uptime percentage and incident history.

Response time tracking

Monitor p50, p95, and p99 response times by endpoint.

Set up alerts

Configure alerts when performance drops below your acceptable thresholds.
