What it does

Monitor tariff rate changes across 240 countries in real time. POTAL tracks MFN rates, preferential rates, trade remedies, and de minimis thresholds — and alerts you when rates change for products you're tracking.

How to use it

Set up monitoring

Add HS codes and country pairs you want to track in Dashboard > Rate Monitoring.

Check current rates

GET /api/v1/admin/rate-monitor returns the latest rates for all monitored items.

Receive change alerts

Configure email or webhook notifications when monitored rates change.

Review history

View rate change history to understand trends and plan procurement timing.
