What it does

Manage team members who have access to your POTAL account. Add or remove users, assign roles, and control which features each team member can access. User activity is logged for audit purposes.

How to use it

Invite team members

Go to Dashboard > Team > Invite and enter email addresses of team members to add.

Assign roles

Choose between Admin (full access), Developer (API access), and Viewer (read-only) roles.

Manage permissions

Admins can modify roles, revoke access, and view activity logs for all team members.

Deactivate users

Remove team members when they leave — their API keys are automatically revoked.
