What it does

Synchronize order data between your e-commerce platform and POTAL for automated landed cost recalculation and customs document generation. Supports real-time sync via webhooks or batch sync via API.

How to use it

Connect your platform

POST /api/v1/orders/sync with your platform credentials and sync configuration.

Map order fields

Map your platform's order fields (product name, price, origin) to POTAL's expected format.

Enable real-time sync

Configure webhooks to automatically push new orders to POTAL for instant landed cost calculation.

Review sync status

Monitor sync health, failed syncs, and retry status in Dashboard > Integrations > Order Sync.
